Refund policy
Delulu Dragon wants every customer to feel confident when shopping for T Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Candle, and Phone Covers. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at deluludragons@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue.
Because many of our products may be custom printed or made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We do not accept returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after approval. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was caused by Delulu Dragon.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to resolve every eligible return or refund request quickly and fairly.
