Shipping policy

Delulu Dragon ships T Shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, Stickers, and Phone Covers with care to ensure every order arrives safely. Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing may take a little longer.

Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, shipping carrier, and selected delivery method. International orders may take 10 to 25 business days due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or destination country rules.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Delulu Dragon is not responsible for delays, returned parcels, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details may be sent by email when available. Delivery delays can happen because of weather, customs, carrier issues, holidays, or other situations outside our control.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was caused by Delulu Dragon.
